A lawyer specializing in corporate law, he has extensive experience in corporate transactions and complex business structures. He specializes in Corporate Law from Insper (São Paulo) and has completed an international internship in M&A from the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) in New Orleans, USA.
He holds a postgraduate degree in Controllership and Finance from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and a Bachelor of Laws from Milton Campos College in Belo Horizonte. His career includes working internationally as an international associate at the Bredin Prat law firm in Paris between 2010 and 2011.
Jarbas combines strategic vision and practical experience in providing legal support to companies, investors, and M&A transactions.

A lawyer with a solid academic background and strategic expertise in corporate law, he also has expertise in tax law. He holds a master's degree in Political and Economic Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP.
He complements his legal training with an MBA in Accounting, Controllership, and Finance from FIPECAFI, which gives him in-depth insight into the interface between law and the accounting and financial aspects of business. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
It focuses on delivering customized legal solutions, combining technique, pragmatism and closeness to the client.

With extensive experience structuring banking and financial transactions, both in Brazil and abroad, he has worked for over two decades analyzing and drafting complex contracts, with strong regulatory expertise and a practical business acumen.
His experience includes advising financial institutions and companies with national and international operations, as well as investors on issues involving structured credit, securities issuance, guarantees, restructuring and international operations.
With a technical profile and global vision, Marcello is currently a partner and Director of Compliance Risk at Maud Capital, bringing a strategic and multidisciplinary perspective to the team, contributing sophisticated legal solutions aligned with market realities.

A fifth-year law student at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), he has already passed the OAB exam. He currently works as an intern at VG Advogados, where he provides technical expertise, a sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to case management and team support.
